Ha, here's Screwball, a definite and clear example of an itty-bitty-rumfort cub.
A rumfort is a feline shaped creature. It has mostly Fox-like coat markings, except for the thin part of it's tail, and it's neck/head area.
Under dat hood is a completely tigerish head. The ears fit into the little ear bits of his hood. The black part of the hood (the "Nose") is just fur, Screwball's actual nose and whiskers are underneath.
The end of his tail is just as moveable as the rest of it.
Rumforts will vocallize a sound similar to "Roarf!".
They love liver, onions, spinach, meatloaf, and other things that kids leave on their plates. I guess their just odd that way.
