I wanted to have a closer look at the orc's face and such, so I drew this up. They usualy have their hair in braids with beads decorating them. Sometimes they attach brightly colored feathers to their hair, as well.

... Hair beads are cool. =P But I didn't need to draw this to put hair beads on him. The full body pic has 'em, too, they're just not that easy to see. As for the ears, well, I wasn't sure about giving the orcs pointy ears, but then I figured, what the heck, a bit of ear pointyness sets them further apart from humans or whatnot.
