I'm sorry for all the assumptions, but I'm pretty sure you'll like the idea of working with very smart British Animators such as Joanna Quinn who I actually met in a masterclass, and one of her Co-workers Matt Gravelle is a very skilled life drawing artist who could essentially boil down the essence of character through form. ^^
