This is a really old character of mine. He's named 'hound' because his appearance is directly inspired by the enemy of the same name from Lunar Knights. (I can't find a picture of the actual enemy anywhere, but they're sorta doggish, and cartoonish of proportions)
His ears sorta awkwardly come out of the top of his head, and cover his eyes, which are, as far as anyone knows, could just be glow-in-the-dark stickers for all he apparently needs them for.
He's vorish and sometimes a bit of a sex fiend, but he's one of my favorites appearance wise |3
