I've seen quite a few of these around town. I live in Port Hueneme, which is a harbor as well as home to a very active naval base, and we see many many travelers here. A lot of shows are held here as well, or near here, and there's a few car shows I'm aware of and I believe these two in this rat rod were headed there.
