This poor guy had his humans move away and just leave him to fend for himself...oh and he's declawed. Sick people. It makes me SO mad. Another cat in my area was dumped the same way last year, a friend of mine took her in as a foster. We went to help this cat after a friend shared his story on facebook. What resulted was a network team effort to save "blackface" aka "rocket" as we're calling him. Sad thing is that he's been out on his own for quite a while now, and has turned somewhat feral. It took a humane trap to catch him, but it was successful. Now starts the process of working with him. My friend is bringing a cat crate early on next week so he'll have a 'safety zone' in the house.

PS: Why "Rocket"? After Team Rocket, and that he sorta looks like Meowth. Aha yes I am a dork.
