Okay, lame title but it gets the point across. For the sake of differentiating between the two verbally, I'll refer to them as Miss Cervicé and Ms Wood (Fran of the Wood) respectively :)
Put simply, the reason I did this image is because they both have the same name. I also hadn't drawn a Final Fantasy fanart in years so thought I'd give it a go here. All for the sake of a pun. W00t.
Drawing that armour - and finding decent reference of it - was more of a pain in the backside than I thought it would be. But of course my somewhat obsessive attention to detail made me draw every detail I could in there. Eventually I got lazy anyway, but most of it's there.
So with this being my first ever time drawing Ms Wood, I think it turned out alright. A few mistakes here and there but I like it. It was strange having to change the design of the helmet to fit Ms Cervicé's head though, since her ears are different, but I think I pulled it off. The leg armour was a pain to draw so it's a shame that most of it's covered by the text.
So yay, here we have two Fran's :)
