For fun I thought it would be neat to see what D. Dan would look like if he were to use a Destructo Disc (aka Kienzan "Energy Disc Razor"), a move by Krillin from Dragon Ball Z. To be honest, I think the move is neat and that the other ones, Ki balls and Ki beam like moves, are a tad, if not, very much over used in the anime. If D. Dan were to use a move from the show, I imagine him using a Destruco Disc since he has a tendency to use moves, weapons and techniques not often used, if only to show it can be done and done well.
The picture was drawn while riding in a car on the way to see my sister and her family. Due to the angle I was sitting at to get my paper pad still and with room to draw, I ended up with an extreme angle. The extreme angle turned out much better than originally anticipated with the skyscrapers and such giving such awesome feel to the action.
Below is an unsuspecting large monster. The monster is a random Daikaiju, or a large version of a Kaiju (Japanese anime / manga monster). If I were to draw a scene with the move being used on the beast, then I would have the Destructo Disc cutting him in half from head and on down, thus making two halves of the monster and an epic finishing move. ^\/^.
