Hm, I always think of a pregnant moment more in the sense that something is about to happen, whereas here a lot is already going on. You could argue it obviously, but to me it'd be more of that type of anticipatory image if you drew him kind of all tensed up and ready to pounce rather than already flying through the air. At this point we're already seeing the major action.
