I made about one and a half dozen of these guys. I deliberately put the one with the broken skull in the pic because he's my favorite; he went in the oven looking fine and came out looking like Rudolf kicked his head in. >:3

The cutter/stamp to make these is available through ThinkGeek, although I found mine at Evangeline's in Old Sacramento. The recipe is Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread recipe from Allrecipes.com, although a gingerbread that is a little firmer might have been better. Its just my favorite recipe and I make it every year.
