I like your dimetrodon. :3 As for the discussion you want us to start, I suspect dinosaurs will be fated suchly to rotate in and out. They'll be back once a few movies start a trend and children have taste again. (Cartoons about school are no match for cartoons about dinosaurs crushing schools.)

That's what I was thinking too! And I think you are right about the second part. Of course, the science changed so often- feathers where there wasn't before, ect. I'm behind on my studies. Also, CGI dinosaurs on documentaries just don't have the same vibe as the old claymation ones. But that's just me. :3

I also think dinosaurs work best in a story. Like the ones in Kenneth Oppel's Darkwing. (Okay, so that's not a movie but a book.. but whatever, it worked for me!)

Hah, I haven't read that! But my recommendation is good, I swear. It's a chiropter book taking place at the end of the dinosaur age. It's quite compelling in that way, while still being a very light, easy adventure read.
