With the aide of the fursuit livejournal and 
kittiara, I got the information I needed to glue down these bad boys and make some birdy gloves. I TOTALLY LOVE THESE
edit: For anyone wanting their own, go find 23" gloves on ebay or amazon or something, of the fabric and colour of your choice; then go to a Hobby Lobby or leather store, wherever they sell leatherworking stuff, and get plastic eagle claws. Cut off the base of the claw where it's thicker, and glue on the nail to your gloves! I used hot glue and burned myself a bit but that's nothing new. They were the EASIEST thing I have EVER made and I think they are my favourite, hands down, no pun intended.

Those are rad, I want to do a similar idea for white Khajit hands.
But since they're bird hands, you should get black/painted black thin foam sheets [yko what i mean] and make small scale like things to glue onto the fingers like the texture on bird's feeties
