Shuki has always adored Buyou, who is like a little brother or nephew to her. They were introduced to each other by Ark, Buyou's tutor and an immortal alien fox thing who has chosen to hang around her family for a long time. Not every bloodline has their own patron deity!

The raccoon has a strange past that she doesn't know too much about save for the occasional scraps of information that he may drop (in a cheerfully jarring manner) from time to time. Not the type to pry too much, she takes care of and dotes on him all the same.
