As mentioned in his reference, Kazik gets in trouble a lot, but if it weren't for his loyalty and naivete of the outside world, he wouldn't have lasted as long as he has.

Admiral Crux is in charge of all of the ships in the Galaxy (I wouldn't know which one as I'm not familiar with the Galaxies) and boards on the largest one, the Galactic Relations Ship 606 where Kazik resides.

Whenever Kazik gets into trouble, Crux is the guy to take care of it. Crux is very very racist..he hates Vortians the most. It's not usually the job of an Admiral to punish the workers....
