This is the second picture I've drawn of myself, I'm still playing around with my looks, not sure which way i want my hair and horns to grow. I still suck at drawing faces and muzzles, you'd think i'd be better at it since i have one.

I'm not much of an artist myself,but the face is off. Maybe by proportion, the back arm also looks a bit too skinny compared to the arm in front (or the front arm looks too big compared to the one in the back, your call).
You have some good parts, and some bad parts. Not enough to say it sucks, but it definitely needs practice.
