lol whats the use of a tabletop army without a starship overhead??

I used to own a 40k scale titan. Made way back by independent company. It was a warhound

armourcast warhound. hopefully, i should be getting one very soon :)

*nods and smirks* very nice man.. very nice :) I was once working on some rule sets with a friend for fun on how to do a gothic and 40K game at the same time. and if a gothic ship was in orbit it would proform a orbital bombardment. we never finished sadly.

Pitty gothic is a lot fun. Although anything over 1k point was get really long

*nods* so I hear. but then again I played Eldar when i wanted to play XD nothing like running circles around people. though I did come up for an idea for a Experimental Eldar Cruiser.. people seemed to like the idea though we never really knew how to play it out.

I like going against Eldar Fleets. I ate them for breakfest with my Chaos fleet. You maybe able to run fast, but I got fast ships to chase with, lots of weapons batteries and some with very long range weapons batteries so you maybe able to fly fast but not out range my guns. :)

hmm true true *chuckles* ya my idea for an Eldar Crusier used a Battleship class sized D-cannon. it basically fired a small black hole at you. and the rough idea rules we had for it was depending on which side it hit and size of ship determined the level of damage caused by it.

The good thing though was even if it was powerful as hell. ((original plan was to ignore shields to do a moderate damage when striking)) it moved very very slow. so the best way to use it effectively was to literally ram it up a ships tailpipe and get the hell out of the way hoping the explosion doesn't take you with it.
