Aye it is. if you have permission from the friend that you can play with them now n then when they're asleep or napping then that's fine or you're a couple.. but to abuse a friends trust like that who you know hasn't given permission or even expressed interest? Legally speaking she could have actually had him done for sexual assault had she wished (similar case last year involving stuff like this, woman won)
