Zelus longipes. Also known as the Milkweed Assassin Bug (due to its resemblance of the Milkweed Bug).
This is a beneficial garden predator, commonly preying on bugs that would normally be considered pests. They do have a nasty bite though, so be careful if handling them.
They are very camera shy, so it was hard to get a good shot of it. This is the best I got and I'm not really happy with it.
