Cramps SUCK. I'd like nothing more than to remove my uterus, place it under a glass dome and leave it there until the time finally comes when I want to have kids.

GF had the same problem, went on the pill and almost doesn't have a period now. Maybe worth a try? O_o;

Was on 4 different pills over the course of 5 years. Screwed with my hormones and moods, caused a LOT of weight gain and had too many scares.
Got a copper IUD a year ago and have never looked back.

arent IUD's supposed to be dangerous? thats why im adopted cuz my mom screwed up her down ther with one of those .>>.>

Back in the 70's and 80's there was a bad IUD called the Darkon Shield or something like that. It caused a lot of problems and failures but has been off the market for a long time. Today's IUD"s are smaller and much safer to use. Some docs don't like giving them to young women who haven't had kids because the chances of it expelling are slightly higher, but really, they're awesome and MUCH better than pills, patches or rings.

oh. i did not know that XD. im on the pill mostly to eb mood swings and cramps. it helps majorly
