Yeah, I saw. Mind, I suppose some of the canon characters can take a lot more stress at certain times. You know someone worked out how Dash was pulling something like 25,000g of acceleration once?
The angle of the mach cone of the rainboom in the eponymous episode gives her speed at about mach 4, and she made a 90 degree turn in 5 metres arc. The acceleration needed for that is wtf.
I rather assume that's only while in the "Zone", because it's just ridiculous.
