Wow, that is a great shot! Very nice off-centered composition, and the framing of the eye with the chain link is a nice touch (not to mention the focus being perfect). I love how the entire photo has a cool feel to it (probably all of the blue from the fading light), but then there's that one warm golden eye to grab your attention.
