After many days, my gift for the lovely =Ancient-Scars is finally done.
Originally the background was supposed to be set in day time, but I thought a dark background suited better, because as the title says, it is meant to represent Cryistall staying happy even in her dark days. So I hope this piece for you, Crys, will help you be happier.

While I had fun drawing the wings in the sketch, they were actually a pain to color in digitally. But other than that, I enjoyed drawing it much, despite of the fact it took so long to do. I just didn't wanted to rush it like I normally do, and only worked on the piece when I felt like I wanted to. So honestly, I think this is one of my best artworks so far. What I'm most proud of in this is the way I shaded her amulet. I really like how that turned out. The only thing I'm not so pleased with is in fact the background itself. It is fairly simple looking to me, but on the other paw Cryistall herself is already pretty much detailed, and if the background would've had many things too then it couldve been too busy, so I guess it is okay for now this way.
