Meet Philsi, an unusual dalmatian creation from my childhood.

This here is the adult version of Philsi, He is much fatter and but is still a big lovable puppy with lots of heart.

History of Creation: Philsi was created during the late 90s, when I was watching the cartoon, 101 Dalmatians, Road Rovers, and pretty much all canine cartoons, he was a fat round puppy dog that was hungry alot and enjoyed playing with his friends.
