Ears! Hyena ears are nifty! They aren't any of the usual shapes but instead quite unique. Take a look! They are also big. The lens exaggerates just how big but you get the idea. I will post more ref shots showing ears without the exaggeration in size.
Most of them have more fur on the inside of the ear than on the back. Also the rim of the ear is turned back. The ears get very thick near the base as well.
Oh yes, they love pumpkins.

I Just Want to Say Thank you Crocuta it Makes Me So happy when you Post Crocute-Crocuta pics! you Always tend to get the parts that people always tend to Mistake for Dogs on Hyenas. =D! ears are a big Part of a hyena's characteristic i Myself Started drawing with "dog" ears on Hyenas. then i Punched myself in the Face and started Drawing them right. =D! *hugs* thank you So Much for the References! i absolutely Love Seeing them and if it wouldn't be any trouble i Would Absolutely Love to See more!! Haha.
