Just wondering, Bud. Whats the powered collar? and what exaclt is it powered by, what colours so on and so forth... cause. I wanna get one for my girlfriend. You reckon with a little work it maybe possible to have a powered scaled collar?

basically its an el wire kit and battery pack, it has an extension that runs to pocket for the battery.

Always been fascinated by this sort of thing; the way the links lay, I contunuously find myself just staring for rediculously long periods of time... What do you use to cut your links? When I first tried my hand I just use a pair of wire-cutters, but I didn't like the way the links came together - there was too much of a burr - for my taste, and so my project is currently half finished...

The best way to cut your own rings is a saw or dremel with a cutting wheel, however I order my rings from the ring lord, can't make anodized by myself xx

In terms of structural integrity, would you say half or full persian is strongest? How would you estimate the strength (pulling/yanking ) of those and your ridgeback?
Also, is your half persian a 3-in-1 or a 4-in-1?

my half persian is a 4-1
full persian is stronger than half.
and ridge back should be stronger, unless its the attachment ring thats being pulled on. (goes through 2 rings)
if you want strength defiantly go with steel or steel square wire. tho non of these will hold very long as they are only 16g.
