Really, quite nice.
Fun fact: pair a dry wine with an artichoke, as they make any wine taste sweeter.
GO ON...
step one: buy some quality butter, like Kerrygold.
Step two.: Melt butter in a pan. DO NOT BURN.
step three: skim frothy white milksolids from butter with a spoon.
step four: pour butter over: fish, fowl, steak, pork, vegetables, rice.
step five: OM NOM NOM NOM NOM

But no, THAT'S JUST HOW ARTICHOKES LOOK INSIDE.
