Last night, my friends and I got to try more sushi. We were a bit more adventerous and ventured out from the california rolls and actually went with some fish. Salmon to be exact. I had to have my crab, as always.

My favorite sushi of all is crab nigiri, the one in the middle. Mine's not nearly as pretty as the pretty ones I normally get to eat when we go to Tepanyaki or Haru Hana. My two favorite Japanese restaurants, in that order. :D

First try at making either of these kinds of sushi, and yes, I know that the salmon nigiri in the back is a bit funked up. @_@ The salmon we got ended up having a lot of pin bones still in it, so we took it out as delicately as we could...stil kind of messed it up. Still tastes good though!
