Nalani is a sculpture I did in March 2011. Unfortunately due to Canada Post being stupid, she got broken during shipping. The person who commissioned her sent her back to me recently for repair, and here she is all bright and new again. She's been shipped back (by UPS!) but I took a couple new photos.

I'm not really in love with this photo at all but it was windy and there wasn't a good place to set her down besides this picnic table. The seagulls and ugly building really add to the "fantasy" feel of the photo too huh? XD

Sculpture is made from polymer clay over wire and foil, painted in acrylic, dyed mohair for the mane and tail. She's about 6 inches long (chest to bum) and 7 inches tall.
