Yup... This one was a case of the cameo appearing before the badge was finished. Case in point:

Still doing the painteriy shading. I'm not sure how much it helps vs. just "making it easier to see where to lay down the cel shading", but at this point, anything that helps me finish the rest of these commissions faster is a good thing!

Right after Volume One, I ran a fundraising drive to print the first set of books, which also involved selling about a dozen in-comic cameos where fans could appear as members of the Star Org.
Cat just happens to be the last of the cameos that needed coloring. She is not, however, the last to be shown in the comic. ;)
