I just finished up this guy yesterday and man has he been a pain in the ass since day one.

This was a finecast resin model for everything except the top two arms, and half the resin sprues weren't aligned properly when it was moulded. I had to almost break off his legs from the base when i somehow missed what i was shooting for when I glued him down by a full half inch, luckily I worked fast enough and got him off before the glue set. Then it took me about a week to get the arms into a position I actually liked that didn't have him with anything stuck against another body part. The third incident was when a paint bottle literally exploded when i tried to put some paint on my palette and i had to buy a new bottle after trying to salvage what I could, resulting in a crapton of touch ups later on.
