Enigma has a LONG story behind him about traveling the around the earth to get some of the sounds and vocals he uses. But yeah. You're genres are pretty different though honestly I tend to lean towards your style more than his, although when I want to fall asleep fast enigma is perfect for that... And a romantic night with yer someone special if you know what i mean lol. Anyways good work

The atmospheric sounding pads were pretty hard to make. I find pads one of the weirdest to synthesize, and hard to get right.

For me it usually creating drum loops when required.

We make totally different genres of music, so the production methods are very different.
While I can easily make synths, and put together a drum beat easily on a computer, my type of music is very limited by not sounding very organic, for it does not use actual instruments. Not much of a problem for electonic-style music, but I obviously can't make rock music.

While you were in a band, so you have all the band members playing different instruments. It's just... very different from how electronic music is made. I sometimes wish I could be part of a band of some sort.. it seems way more fun than sitting in front of a computer and clicking in notes and stuff.
