So I got SAI back thanks to mister 
, but turns out it won't save. So I had to do this for two hours (I'm inefficient I guess), freaking out the whole time hoping it wouldn't crash, lmao. Then I printscreen'd all these sections into mspaint to save it, because I'm on a small screen.

This is random, but is it your copy of SAI a trial thing?
I have one I can give to you, but you'll have to make a shortcut to the EXE file and keep everything in a folder (but you can put the shortcut on your desktop or wherever).
