my new character is a Tanuki. As a warm up doodle, I sketched out a headshot of her and then a little giggling chibi. She's thick but not fat. Her tail has one light stripe, and a dark tip. There is a little light tan circle around her belly button as well, which I'll show in another picture sometime.
