This is Rare the Blue Phoenix I just made him up right now

his a Blue Phoenix witch is rare, ok no pun there, the pun in his name was cause he can burn things and rise from his ash reborn, I thought the joke like.

I thought if he was to be with Croc's he be like a 900 year old Phoenix who believe Croc's rule is right choice for all beings, so he follow Croc willingly, and no matter how many times Croc Roboticize or anything he comes back from his ash or in a burst of blue flames.

Croc could Roboticize him over and over and get a army of Phoenix Robiens.
his weapon is just a sword holder with a Gem on it, he use his flames to make a blue fire sword, but when his angry the blade turns black.


but this just a quick char design and thoughts I might not even use him, so I might give him to someone if they want him. maybe
