Mine for the year. Yay.
January - Only one art - mainly because I was trying to take a step back and work on school work and possibly graduate. Didn't happen but oh well. :>
February - Very little art because of the same thing. :o I discovered Paint Tool SAI and due to the fact I was doing a lot of work in graphic design for a class, I purchased the program and began to acquaint myself with it.
March - Meltdown time. The graduation paper I had was making me panic and I was battling with insomnia, overwork and overstress :) Melt down month.
April - I decided to say FUCK IT for the semester, didn't submit my graduation paper and thus the world became a much less stressful place. I wrote the paper over the summer instead :D
May - Lots of post-college semester artwork, commissions that got put off due to the time crunch with projects.
June - Really becoming acquainted with Paint Tool SAI, using it and a combination of it with Photoshop I started actually ENJOYING lineart.
July - Much of the same. SAI and Photoshop working in beautiful harmonious tandem.
August - My computer crashed, taking all of my work from November of 2010 up to August 2011 with it to it's terrible terrible shallow grave. Unable to retrieve it, I had to purchase a new HD and start all over. SAI was easy to replace, Photoshop? Not so much! Started work on my fursuit.
September - Working only in SAI for the moment - it's become a lot easier to get acquainted with it and it's tools. Despite a few shortcomings, like harder to do comics without a text tool and gradients are non existant, SAI becomes a lot easier to deal with. Work on the fursuit head continues.
October - The fursuit is finished a few days before FurFright. After wrestling with the airbrush and having to wait a week for fur to come in, I feel it still came out wonderfully for my first head. My second will start construction sometime after January when I hopefully graduate and find gainful employment. FurFright is also something of a success! Realized I need business cards.
November - Discovered the JOYS of fucking markers! <3 Also doing art for WoW time cards! :> Still doing that by the way, as I don't really have real money.
December - Lots of sketches and such thus far but do to the crunch with finals next week, not alot gets finished ^_^ We'll see what happens afterward.
ONWARD TO A DIPLOMA AND POSSIBLE EMPLOYMENT! Cross your fingers. No. Really, please.
