Because Ajna has such an adorable fursona, Tee. I always want to put her in Lolita fashion XD And I know that Ajna quite likes Chobits so I figured she wouldn't mind too much if I dressed Tee up :3
It's a bit out of character and also I made her a lot "cuter" looking in the face than she usually looks. I also hope that's ok! x_x I got a bit carried away when I sketched this but I really liked it so went with it.
The dress was made up so I don't know if it is strictly Lolita, but oh well! Poinsettias are Christmas flowers traditionally, so I decided to base the dress around that.
This was good fun :3

Yeah I was aiming to go a bit more chibi with her all round. I know you prefer her to look more exotic than a cat, understandably cuz she isn't a domestic kitty. I did think about doing a proper muzzle like you to, with long ears, but I am not so good at muzzles x___x you make it look way too easy XD

Looks pretty dang close to lolita to me. The only potential problem I can see is that the socks stop below the knees, but with such a petite (almost child-like) looking character that's passable. (/me is a lolita as a hobby ^^; )
The design on that dress is freakin' amazing. Had I any sewing skill, or obscene amounts of money to spend I would totally try and make/commission one. ^^;
