This is my new CLOSED species, the Time Cats~
Yes yes yes. They ARE inspired by Doctor Who.
But they are actually pretty simple creatures.
This one is MINE, and he is named Galaf :3
(Yes! Short for/altered version of Gallifrey! I AM A DOCTOR WHO NUT)

-Their eyes hold the time vortex, though most can only see into the past, because the future can be changed by the smallest decision.
-They can time travel, but they stay uninvolved
-They are the size of a human torso (unless they take an anthro form)
-They can fly
-Their ears are feathers/fur
-They are very cuddly and sweet, but tend to be antisocial
-Their tails are "feathered"
