hopefully I will post better ones later, but just to get a photo up quick-- the apple snail eggs hatching. the egg mass is about an inch long. they crawl to the bottom of the mass, and gather in a clump till the weight of the group gets enough to make them drop into the water. they drop in groups of about 3-6 snail babies. the later ones to hatch jus crawled down the glass.
