I'm a big fan of  noben's web-comic "Altermeta" ( http://www.altermeta.net/ ). She's currently running a side-arch from the main story, based on a fighting-type video game. The current combatants are her uber-babe, CC (top of the image) and the cast's resident cute goth-gal, Boo.
I started drawing this on a whim while watching one of her coloring streams, because I've been trying to work up the gumption to try and draw them for ages; I have a difficult time drawing other people's characters when they have a noticeably different style than my own, and Noben has a *very* particular way of drawing the heads that really cute and clean-lined. While I'm pleased that I sorta got the heads right, The pose, angle and composition turned out way better than I had hoped they would. I'm seriously planning on inking this and coloring it if I get the time!
