This sold some time ago, don't remember when, sorry!
It's a very nice and very long (over 4 foot; the model is about 5'8") poseable Kirin tail. 100% hand sewn, hand made soft scales that glow in the dark green aqua and blue, and made of three different furs. There is a sturdy belt sheath to hold the tail firmly, letting it bounce realistically as you walk while looking like it's part of you.
I can add markings to it for the winning bidder. If there is a buyout I will include a set of custom ears to go with it.

It wouldn't get black black. the most it would go is a medium/dark gray. I can do highlights on all the white fur, but that also won't get to black.
I do have black fur of the same type as the bottom, but I would have to make a new custom one for you if you wanted that.
Considering that dying fur that is already on a tail is harder than dying it separate, I'd go as low as $75 without dye and $90 with the dye, plus shipping in both cases.

Hmmm, could you add tan markings to it? Like the kind you'd find on a barn owl's wing? Any naturally shaped markings in tan and brown and perhaps grey to go with this set would be great!

I could possibly do a layered effect with the the colors to make it look similar (though not as thin of stripes) to the feathered fur in that for the white area. Where you thinking to leave the top tan/ivory color the way it is or to do the tips in brown more like the "fur" areas of the legs and arms?
The detail would be a deal more work than doing a single color. Would you be willing to pay a bit more for that?
