This is Flavia Hazel, a slightly paranoid sanctioned psycher living in the world of 40k - she's an acolyte for inquisitor Rikhard, a witch hunter. Flavia is strongly obsessed with everything to do with electricity, her electoo even works as her psy focus. "By controlling the machines and electronics, you control everything."She wants to have the invisible control, she doesn't want to be seen or followed. She's a telepath with the skills of hiding herself from everyones mind, she has the skill to read your mind and know exactly what you are planning. But when fights bloom up she relays on her shock blaster and the divine guidance of the emperor for her bolts.

And in your language, she is my roleplay character for a tabletop RPG called Dark Heresy - a kind of scifi but more cool than usual scifi is. ^-^
