Some practice for a project I'm desperately trying to work on ;__;
It's been awhile since I've used charcoal, so I feel out of shape. Buuuuut my friends insist that my medium is charcoal..
The goal of this was to see what I could do with a full-page comic panel in just black and white. She's supposed to be riding a public bus, so if you got that, then I was successful.
I see many obvious flaws... This took a couple hours, so it's not perfect. It just shows I need more practice with charcoal.
I hope to get a few pages of this project done before FC. I'll be using Photoshop along side the charcoal to figure out panel layout and make speech bubbles versus drawing them in..
