I've been slowly at it but heres the progress I'm at with my dragon model I think its pretty much done at this stage since my magnet and invert spheres aren't working for me which I don't know why and even if I open up a model with magnet and invert ZSpheres in them they work but if I try to create them they don't.
So I'll have to do the wing membrane myself in Maya or something and just sculpt the eye sockets out. I'll be making a general version of this model and a male and female with genitals for the fun works.
Hope you like it so far!
I should add too this is my first ZSphere job I've done so I'm new to this tool so any advise will help.

Yeah I see what you mean I could bring them in a bit like I said because of my magnet weight glitch most of the work will be in the sculpting stage so I'm stuck with balls! Thats why I even kepted him skinny because if i make the ZShperes bigger its jsut a bigger rounded dragon.
Thanks for the input!

Ah I can help you out with that :P
You're trying to use Magnets and inverted Zspheres which are part of the old skinning method that was present in earlier versions of Zbrush (versions prior to 4).
In Zbrush 4 and 4R2 you will have to tell the program that you don't want to use the new skinning, but the old one. To do that, go into the Tool palette > Adaptive Skin Submenu > and check the "Use Classic Skinning" button !
That will switch to the old zsphere functionality which includes those features :]

Thats awesome thanks a bunch it was driving me nuts because I tryed doing searchs and found no results about it. I wonder why they basically removed that as a default option because its really handy, to me it's almost a step back unless there is a better way now?
