I used Flash to do all the outlining here (I hate Illustrator, sue me), Photoshop to do base colours, subtle gradients, and my masterful google search street blur/warping, and Sai to do the shading. Real men use 5 million programs to finish one piece. So yeah, please lemme know how you like it!
