Thank you so much! <3 I was on top of this old volcano near where I live and the birds kept flying by like this. I tried to get a shot like this for about 1/2 hour and gave up. Decided the blue sky and rock were pretty enough to snap by themselves and just as I pressed the button this bird flew into the picture. Pure serendipity!! I was so happy!! Then yesterday I decided to do a small photomanipulation and put a bunny in there. You can tell it's a manip easy enough but maybe not that the bunny is actually a ceramic figurine. ;3

Turkey vulture, actually. Seems like you can't look up around here without seeing 4 or 5 of them flying around. Speaking of which, I saw the strangest thing today. Driving down the main street in town and passing a motel I see a vulture swooping down into the courtyard and back up. Does it again as I pass by, coming within 10 feet of the ground. I never see them do this before. And you know what was right below where it was swooping? A life size pair of those white wire deer decorations standing under a tree. So strange!!!

Ah, in that case, you might be in trouble...I've seen those birds only once up close, but they are quite huge, yes. It is funny that they would attack a decoration.

I don't think they'd mess with a rabbit. Not a live one anyway. They like their meat aged.

I'm not saying it was attacking anything, just the deer thingie was there. I have no idea what that bird was doing besides freakin me out.
