Christmas Card - Personal
This is my Christmas card this year! A little boring, but I had fun with it :3
I actually got to do some things I've been wanting to try:
-I painted the reindeer in black and white first before adding color. That's something I've never really been able to do quite right
-I got to play around with Kesame's fur brush pack a little more in depth
-I got to draw some ornamental accessories
So, Merry Christmas to me, I got to play! :D

Well I guess the boring part came from my conversation with my boyfriend:
"I'm drawing our holiday card!"
"What is it?"
"A reindeer!"
"What's it doing?"
"Flying!"
"That's...it?"
But yeah the designs I do for other people have much more interaction so I was like "oh..right..it's just a reindeer floating for some reason. OH WELL!"

I'm glad I'm not the only one doing card exchanges this year XD Normally I see them popping up everywhere! But I take it these are going to family and the like only :p It looks beautiful and simple in an 'I don't need to fill up every last corner with thiiiiiings' way ^^

Yeah unfortunately with our extended family and my clients, cards get expensive, so I'm afraid it's a closed list x___x HOWEVER there is a very good possibility I may offer this design up for sale next year if I can figure out how to offer card packs. XD I've always wanted to design Christmas cards for other people's uses, I just haven't figured out "how" yet.
That would be a very good idea :p Though I wouldn't get them just cuz... I make my own, ya know? Haha, it's that little piece of... a gift, a bit of yourself to send out to loved ones :p
And I think there are sites that will let you mass print like that... it's be a really cool endeavor!

Okay so you remember the techniques I was asking you about last I visited you? THIS is what I figured I'd experiment on XD I'm happy that it worked! Now that I know what I was doing wrong and am kind of getting the hang of it, I think I can develop an easier way to do it :D Thanks for your tips!
