This was commissioned for my mother's birthday a year or so ago. Or was it Channuka? I forget.
But she always wanted to see a buffalo going "Those damn roaming charges!" while looking at a cell phone.
Y'see, back int he day, cell phones charged EXTRA for calling when you were outside your area. I don't think they do that anymore :3
