Decided since I was seeing others post about dishes they've made, I might as well too since I love cooking.

Sorry, but I already started eating my dish before I remembered I was gona take a picture of it lol. Nice strips of beef (normally would be camal) cooked briefly with several spices, crushed peppers, honey, and lime juice. More complex than that but you get the idea.
Named it hyena's belly for it looking like the contents of a hyena's stomach and ethiopians' closeness with hyenas.
