Decided since I was seeing others post about dishes they've made, I might as well too since I love cooking.

2 versions I do of a similar dish. Depends on the mood of the group I cook for. Image gives basic description of dish, but obviously more complex than that.

And I know, these were taken on a crapy old camera phone, and I didn't even try to look good for plating, so it was just to munch down on lol.
