A new OC Cloud. He is very hyper normally, but once he gets in the air, everything seems to fade away and it is just him and the sky. He is a very elegant flier, and a bit of a romantic, though he has no mate. He is kind hearted even though he is a bit hyper and clumsy on the ground.
